Exterior weeping tiles.

Toronto

I contracted Royal Work Corp. to do the exterior weeping tiles in the back of my home. Edgar from Edgar from Royal work Corp. examined our home inside and out, took our measurements, gave me a competitive quote plus a discount for referring a neighbor, as well as a diagram of the work to be done on the spot. Despite the recent heat wave, the work was completed to my complete satisfaction, on time and on budget. My neighbor said the same thing for her interior weeping tile work. Edgar was available in person or live by phone whenever I had any questions throughout the entire procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their fine work.

Foundation Crack

Foundations review in Oakville

Royal Work Corp repaired a large crack in our foundation. The work required removal of drywall and cement. The job was completed efficiently and to my utmost satisfaction. Andrew took the time to explain the steps involved with the repair and ensured that I was happy with the finished job. Everything was cleaned upon completion of the work and all garbage was removed.
I would highly recommend Royal Work.

Diagnose and repair water leakage into the basement

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in King City

After last years winter ice storms we had major leakage of water into our finished basement. After several quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Anatoliy and his team. The work crew led by Andrew did a great very professional job. Once the ground was opened up we found the damage was more extensive than anticipated consequently the repair took longer than expected. Andrew was particularly good at explaining the issues and possible solutions. The team took pride in their work and no shortcuts were taken even though the job took longer than expected. I would definately recommend Anatolly and team.

Underpinning, waterproofing and basement slab construction

Basement waterproof

Anatoliy came exactly at the agreed time. He checked conditions of our home foundation, found the sources of leak, explained me in detail my options and what we should do to prevent future problems. He didn't try to push me to the most expensive or most extensive work. He promised to finish the work that I choose in three days. Actually the crew worked very fast and they finished it in two days. The crew was professional, friendly and cleaned the premises after completion the work. I hope not to have the other problems of this kind in future, but if I will have them, I definitely book Royal Work Waterproofing again. Thank you Anatoliy and coworkers.

Basement waterleak

Basement Renovation review in Newmarket

We have a 140 year old rock foundation. We obtained 3 quotes, although Royal Work was not the cheapest they have the most comprehensive quote and discussed various issues that might arise. The workmen were prompt, tidy and the quality of the work was great. We would certainly recommend.
