Basement waterproofing.

They were very professsional, rang the doorbell before work started and asked to see appropriate paperwork for confirmation. They put everything back exactly where they found it before work was done. It was so neat you couldn’t tell that there had been people working there! Anatoliy came prior to work commenced and gave us an estimate and he came back and checked in while the crew were working. We were also shown pictures of each step of the process! I would recommend them any day integrity is rare in today’s world!

Crack repair and waterproofing

Open foundation wall to the footing for approx 7 feet fix the cracks and put everything back as it was.

Basement Waterproofing

The basement in our old house (>100 years) was leaking every time it rained. Anatoliy, from Royal Works, knew exactly how to fix it. The work was scheduled almost immediately and was completed quickly yet carefully. On top of this, the price was very reasonable especially with the sump pump rebate.
We were very pleased with the job and no longer have to worry when it rains!

Royal York just finished waterproofing and sump pump installation in our home and we are extremely pleased with their job. Anatolly gave us an excellent quote and provided us with great advice on what was needed for the job. His team arrived everyday on time, they were neat, hardworking and were also respectful of our neighbour's property. I can't say enough good things about the fantastic job they did on our home. We would definitely recommend Royal York to anyone for their waterproofing needs!

Basement Waterproofing

Waterproofing review in Toronto

Installed weeping tiles and sump pump throughout the basement. Quick response, almost immediate date to start, promised to provide the rebate form for the city's sump pump program and fantastic job. They moved the stairs, dismantled an old temporary shower, removed shelves etc. to ensure they covered the exterior wall without one comment about any extra costs. They finished in four days and did a marvelous job.
I really felt they listened to my concerns, were very respectful of my home and that my job was important.
The price was great - someone else quoted me double and kept saying, things like moving the stairs might be extra, it would be hard to go around some pipes etc.
I would have been worried if I hadn't met with Anatoliy from Royal Works first.
So happy I found his company on Homestars - it's been a fantastic experience! Below cost is after the City of Toronto's rebate program.
They really went above and beyond my expectations.
