Basement Waterproofing

We were replacing a deck and decided late in the cycle that we should take advantage of the old deck being gone to waterproof the south basement wall. Edgar, the project manager with whom we worked was responsive, understood the requirements, marshaled his team to get the job done in the short timeframe that we had available, and provided a quote that was the best price performer that we had been given. The actual work was done by Andrew and his crew who worked quickly, did a great quality job, and cleaned up when the job was complete. Great work all around. I highly recommend this company.

Sealing and waterproofing cracks in foundation

I was very impressed with the service and quick attention by Royal Work Corp. I had a quote the same day I called and a crew booked within a week to complete the work. Little Andrew and his team completed our job within 1 day. We had 2 sides of our foundations with significant cracks that were a risk for water entry into our basement. The team arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up wonderfully! Andrew communicated all along the way in terms of where they were at in the process, what he found along the way etc. I could not be more pleased with the work Andrew and his team completed. Thank you!

Waterproofing and New Sump Pump

Waterproofing review in Brampton

We had a new sump pump and battery back up installed. We also had new weeping tile and waterproof membrane installed inside the basement. Edgar and his team (Nick and Kyriol) were very professional and very respectful of our home. Our basement was completed on time and on budget. They were very careful to keep our house tidy and we were very pleased with the work done. We have stayed dry through the multiple spring thaws that we’ve had this year. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Waterproofing for my basement apartment

I got few quotes, but the best one was from Anatoliy, I wasn't looking just for the lowest price, but also read the reviews about Royal Work.
Anatoliy was so professional in his work, he came on time, and completed the job as he promised. Everything was so professional, I recommend them to everyone.
The job was completed on March 2018, in Newmarket.

Waterproofing of entire foundation and more!

Royal Works waterproofed my entire foundation, installed a new sump pit and installed a french drain. I am very impressed and satisfied with the service provided. Edgar went above and beyond! He went though the project in detail. I initially called this company due to a water leak in my basement and ended up having them do even more work! When Edgar came to provide me with the quote, I could tell he was very experienced. I will definitely be recommending Royal Works to my friends and family. Crew were polite, paid attention to detail and very easy to work with!
