Advantage Airtech Climatecare

We purchased a house in 2013 with baseboard heating and a gas fireplace.

Wouldn't you know it, our gas fireplace didn't work! We asked for a quote online and received a response same day from Cathy. She could NOT have been more helpful with our questions, and sent a tech out on a weeknight for us.

Since then, the pilot light has gone out three more times. We emailed Advantage every time since, and they've been on cost as quoted in the emails every time.

We really need to replace our gas fireplace and get rid of our baseboard heaters, and when we do (aka can afford it!) - we'll be using Advantage for sure.

Furnace was making a weird Noise at Dec 26,16 we call this company since we have service contract, Technician was there less then 5MIn diagnosed the problem as a dead motor want 55$ for 5 min of work and left..next day got a 2nd opinion turned out to be broken fan blade which cost 5$. tech did want any more to fix it.- See the difference in service we had a contact and purchased our furnace from Advantage. can you be more dissatisfied with this experience.when i called to complain owner didnt care or offer to refund our money insisted we simply renew our contract - we cancelled it and moved to another company These guys are greedy. don't care about customer, 55$ for a wrong diagnosis's and a I don't care attitude. my suggestion don't use them or call them look elsewhere

We have been with this company for over 15 years..Service is fast and efficient.

We are very impressed with our install..of furnace and aircon. Installers were very polite. took care to cover floors ..cleaned up spotlessly

I had a maintenance plan from last year so all I had to pay for was the new pad for our humidifier. They are pleasant to deal with and when Mark finished with the furnace, he took the time to provide me with some information on air filters. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service on their heating systems.

Advantage Airtech were great - very professional & knowledgeable staff. Complete install in about 4 hours & unit works perfectly. Very pleased.

Sales person (D'Arcy) was very knowledgeable, identifying deficiencies with previous installation. D'Arcy provided tips for better cool air flow throughout the house.

Installers were courteous, clean, fast, and thorough. They performed a great job, advising us of the steps along the way. To our surprise they left a filter as well as a cover for the compressor!

I was extremely happy with the fast response and service once I contacted Airtech. I had a technician at the house about an hour later. A quick diagnosis provided additional warranty service for my furnace with parts installed the following day as promised. Rick was very efficient, knowledgeable with years of experience and did an outstanding job. I am very thankful that I contacted Advantage Airtech and recommend them highly!

Replaced an 18 year old hot water tank. Took approx. 7 hours to complete this job. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The provided great service and helped us with all the rebate paper work. There was one hiccup, being the AC cover was missing during the install - due to a back order. Being that it is now winter the missing cover was not urgent. Once the cover came in they were back right away to finish the job. Over all I had a great experience with this company and have been recommending them to my friends and will continue to do so in the future.

We used Advantage Airtech to replace our TWENTY YEAR OLD furnace as well as add a humidifier to our system. Their service was very professional. Advantage Airtech also took care of submitting two rebates for us, which saved us a total of $350.00. The new system works wonderfully. They really took care of everything, it was the perfect experience.

We have been using Advantage Airtech for about 16 years. The time finally came where we needed to replace our furnace. Advantage Airtech was extremely helpful. They replaced our old furnace with a brand new one. They handled everything quite professionally and took their time to make sure everything was up to code. They also helped us submit 2 government rebates. They were clean and tidy. They offer a great product and their service is excellent. The new furnace makes a big difference - we can already see the savings on our monthly bills! I had a great experience with these guys and have already recommended them to others.
