Service on a young Furnace/Air cleaner/Air Conditioner
I would like to say that up until a month + ago I was very satisfied with my new equipment. I have also refer new customer to you.
However, I have been very upset and annoyed with your service recently.
My furnace is making a very loud noise near the end of the cycle. A service man came out to do my yearly check and claimed he did not hear the noise. Since then the noise has become very loud. I have asked for another appointment for this to be reviewed on many occasions. I am told that your company is short handed. I spoke with the Service Manager Josh during the Christmas season. He was aware of the issue and told me that there was an appointment set up for me. Their team has discussed in length. He did ask me to record the noise but I have an older phone which couldn't make the recording. Again today I called in to ask for the service manager and the receptionist told me he was busy and would be away for 10 days. I asked that she have Josh contact me today after trying to get me to answer several questions I have already answered. It has now been 2 hours since I called and have had no reply.
The receptionist will never put me through to anyone other that her and seems not to pass my call on.
I will never again deal with your company or give a referal
The noise has increased over the Christmas break.
