My Pool heater did not work,called pool company who would not touch it. Called Ralph who promptly sent his partner who got the job done .Heater has run good since.

Raffi serviced my 8 year old high efficiency furnace last year twice (needed new parts). this year something else broke. I called Raffi; he sent an associate who proceeded to quote me $5500 to replace furnace. thinking I did not have a choice, I agreed and gave him a $1500 deposit - later same day, Raffi told me this guy is ripping you off, I will replace your furnace for $2000 - and also told me to deduct whatever I had paid to his associate (I had to fight to get part of the deposit back). As another reviewer wrote, Raffi is a gentleman and close to a saint in how he treats his customers

Told me not to get electronic pool heater fixed, service call was free
Paid to get vent Moter fixed, the wound lite, paid for igniter, then wouldn't stay lite, paid for flame senser.
Worked for 5 days then heat exchanger when, $1600
He said told you so and gave me back 1/2 the money

I have had a recurring problem with the pilot light on my gas wall furnace going out. This had been going on since last fall. The company servicing the appliance had given up; put me off when I phoned. Family and friends kept relighting the pilot. I finally called Halton Gas Works. Didn't know a thing about them. Ralph came the very day. Checked it over thoroughly, returned when it went out again. Returned in all about 3 or 4 times without charging me any more than the initial payment. I believe that he contacted the manufacturer. Made some drawings of what his next step would be if the pilot went out again..
The appliance has been working perfectly since February 27, 2014. I could nominate him for sainthood but I'm not Catholic. I am so superstitious that I am almost afraid to talk about the dedication of the man. I do recommend highly he and his company Halton Gas Works.

Ralph installed a new gas line and hooked up the gas line to the stove for us. It was very helpful that he texted me several times during the day to let me know the exact time he would be arriving at the house so that I wasn't waiting for him. He was fast and his rate was good. Would have given him a perfect ten had he cleaned up the mess a little more behind the stove.
