Best Way Heating

BestWay Heating cleaned our two gas fireplaces and our boiler today. Seyam was very professional. He kept everything clean and did a thorough job of cleaning the glass, vacuuming and checking for gas leakage. He cleaned and checked everything about the Visseman boiler, too. I would definitely use this company again!

Furnace was not running, Jafar repaired it same day as our call, excellent price on replacement part (used one that he had handy, furnace already 16 yrs old so not worth buying new part), very nice guy, quick worker, knows his stuff, and fixed 2 other minor issues for us while onsite - not surprised by all the 10 ratings. Will definitely use again.

Jaffar was amazing. Excellent repair on our gas fireplace that required some TLC. Jaffar's work was steller, he left the place super clean and tidy. Pricing was fair and he showed up on time. A+++!

I've had less than acceptable experiences with companies I've contacted for Furnace and Fireplace maintenance. As a result I've let it go for much too long. I found Best Way Heating using Google Search. I read the reviews and found this company highly rated so I decided to take a chance. Jafar was beyond excellent. On time (doesn't give a time window; gives a definite time), knowledgeable, tidy, respectful, efficient....and I could go on. I would highly recommend Best Way Heating and will never hesitate to call again.

It's only been a couple of days since my new furnace was installed but the whole experience with this company has been so positive. Their customer service is fantastic and they are very professional. We called Best Way on a Sunday night after realizing that the hot water tank was not working. Jafar arrived within two hours and fixed the problem on the spot at a very reasonable price.

Since we've been meaning to replace the tank (nearing 20 years), we asked for a quote for a new unit. He was able to fit us in right away for a bigger and better tank. He went above and beyond given some unexpected obstacles in the boiler room.

Jafar is a helpful and honest person. He checked my furnace, water tank for any leaking and renew my fireplace in a timely matter. My 17 years old fireplace works again and is like brand new. 3 weeks ago the furnace finally broken in a cold night and called Jafar. He is willing to fix it the same day. We don't need to sleep in the cold. Thanks very much!

I had several companies come out to quote on a tricky furnace replacement (40 yr old furnace in a 105 yr old house). Jafar was great to work with from the get go. He spent the most time at my place figuring out the relevant details of the installation prior to quoting, including fishing for access through drop ceilings, etc. Jafar really knows his stuff and you know what you're getting into ahead of time (no surprise costs or last minute changes) and the price was very competitive. Installation took exactly as long as he said, he was great with the cleanup before and after the job and did a great job on the actual installation. I would definitely use Best Way Heating again and recommend Jafar to anyone I know.

The best experience we have ever had with workmen of any kind! On time, non-disruptive, polite, knowledgeable, kept workspace tidy, etc. Even repaired remodeling work that had been done before we bought the house that had not been done to code. We would never have known to expect a problem! We would hire them again in a minute for any type of work they do that we needed done. Excellent experience!
