Responding to our initial call, he fixed a leak, and quoted us for the roof. Work completed to our satisfaction. He took a few months to put in the solar fan. But we are still waiting for his call to do the eaves/flatroof.

During a very windy day 20 singles blew off my roof and my roof was in need of emergency repair. Not surprising the company who had put the shingles on my roof, were not in business any longer. Therefore, I was left having to look for a new roofer. I called Reliable Roofers and I am extremely happy with the amazing work and the prompt service they provided. They were very skilled, and also extremely thoughtful, caring and honest. I highly recommend them.

I called Alex and he was truly the sweetest guy, being a female I am always worried about dishonest people, unfortunately I speak from experience. Alex was kind and very understanding , I felt very confident after speaking to him and he delivered. I am so happy my roof is done and it all looks great. The job was done on time as promised and he came by to make sure I was happy.
He also reassured me if there was something that I was not happy with to just call him and he would take care of it.
Overall it was a great experience, stress free.

Got hone from work one day and noticed something funny on our roof. A part had blown off due to heavy winds. Called the contractor as our rooF is only 4 years old. Didn't get a call back so we looked elsewhere. Alex came out and fixed it next day. Also we realized that no underlayment was put and Alex changed a vent that should have been a bath vent but they put a regular air vent. I'm happy with reliable roofers and really disappointed with previous contractor.

We had some wind damage done to the corner of our lower roof. We desperately called around to get this fixed before the next rain. many voice mails were not returned, however Alex returned our call, came out to see the damage and came back the same afternoon with the same colour shingles to fix the damage. Since then we haven't incurred any problems and highly recommend Alex and his company.

Had my roof changed this past fall by Alex and his team. Am extremely happy with the entire process from signing the agreement to the job being completed. Would highly recommend this Company.
