I am very impressed with the quality of work, fast and clean. No mess was left around the property after the work was completed. Highly recommended.

We decided to have our roof replaced this season after our handy man noticed some damaged sections when he was cleaning the eaves. We spend our winters away so it was important to us that we use a reputable company and after reading other reviews on Alex and his team we decided to use him. Everything looks fine and clean. We are satisfied with the job they did.

We had a terrific experience dealing with this company . They are a great group of guys. A special thanks to Adam who completed the eaves. He was patient and worked with us to make sure that we were satisfied. Definitely recommend them if you need a new roof or eaves.

We reached out to Alex on the recommendation of a neighbour, and it was the best decision! He was exceptionally professional and personable, diagnosed the problem in our roof immediately, offered to help fix it on the spot and took care of the issue. regarding my last posted review from july 17, 2017, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the completed work by alex, the owner.

it was very unfortunate that he was unaware of my experience until he read my review and went out of his way immediately to contact me directly to apologize and hear our full experience. he was also, unaware that his phones were down when I tried calling. alex is now checking his phones weekly to make sure they are working.

my experience was with one of his workers who I thought was part owner, only to find out that he was not. after the worker read my review, (as I knew he would) he did finally contact me only to say "I can not believe it !!! " . that was it, no apology from this person.

alex gave me his word that he personally would be finishing the doorway roof. he also checked the work his company did on our roof and he noticed that something else was needed and did that too.
alex came when weather permitted, a total of 3 times.
alex is a man of his word, everything has been completed and he went out of his way for my dad. I am now fully satisfied and very happy and would highly recommend reliable roofers, a family run business.

These guys are terrific. Very polite group of guys. Had my shingles replaced this spring. Took one day. Even my neighbor commented on how clean they were. I went with them mainly for the no exclusion warranty.

I called many roofing companies to help me out as I was on maternity leave and couldn't afford to get my whole roof done and after 7 RIDICULOUS quotes from several people, Alex came to my rescue. He was the only person with compassion that was willing to help me to do my roof in areas where required the most until I returned to roof. He communicated me on a regular basis and returned calls or texts within minutes. I will be calling him soon to finish the roof but found him VERY professional and considerate, the workers were quick and good and cleaned up after themselves. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALex and his team to everyone and anyone in need of a new roof

Roof leaked the following year spring 2017 Alex did pass by to reseal around the chimney flashing after I reported to him the leak .The attic has lots of insulation masking the leak, eventually with All the rainfall that we had it got worse .Alex tried to come by personally a second time to attempt to fix the problem however I had the problem fixed before he could as there was more rain on the way . I have spoken with Alex afterwards all is good Thanks Alex for trying .

Alex was easy to talk to and completed the work as per contract. The workmanship was spot on and they cleaned up after completion nicely. They accidently damaged the screen on our patio door and it was fixed without hesitation.

We choose Reliable Roofers to fix our home after heavy winds made some damage. We were really impressed with how quickly they came out and completed the job and were able to match the same shingle that we currently have. We will definitely be using them when it comes time to a complete replacement.
