regarding my last posted review from july 17, 2017, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the completed work by alex, the owner.

it was very unfortunate that he was unaware of my experience until he read my review and went out of his way immediately to contact me directly to apologize and hear our full experience. he was also, unaware that his phones were down when I tried calling. alex is now checking his phones weekly to make sure they are working.

my experience was with one of his workers who I thought was part owner, only to find out that he was not. after the worker read my review, (as I knew he would) he did finally contact me only to say "I can not believe it !!! " . that was it, no apology from this person.

alex gave me his word that he personally would be finishing the doorway roof. he also checked the work his company did on our roof and he noticed that something else was needed and did that too.
alex came when weather permitted, a total of 3 times.
alex is a man of his word, everything has been completed and he went out of his way for my dad. I am now fully satisfied and very happy and would highly recommend reliable roofers, a family run business.
make certain to contact and only deal with the owner , alex.

taking advantage of a senior for incomplete work and paid in full

the person who spells his name with one "r" is quite the flirt. finished the roof but had one small project incomplete. whenever I would call to follow up with him as to when he would be coming to finish putting in the doorway roof, he would always have an excuse excuse for not wanting to finish a tiny project for a senior's home...excuses are: "I have a bad cold, we are so busy, I am away, I am sick again. don't pay this company until they have completed what they have promised to finish.....shame on you guys for taking advantage of a senior!!!
a year and a half later we are still doorway roofless.
They have probably gone belly up as I cannot get through to the office as they are not picking up their phone, nor is there a message to leave.
to the person who spells their name with one "r", I am certain you are reading this as you are the one that had suggested to give you and your company a good rating. thank you so much for referring me to homestars to add my comments and thank goodness I waited to write my review about you....that's all !!!
