Reliable Roofers

Alex and his team did a very good job. They explained all that was going on with the leakage. Good work ethic and very respectful. I got very high estimates from other company but reliable roofers had the best price. They waited for the next big rain and asked if the roof leaked or not. They genuinely cared.

I needed a new roof, I got a quote from two other companies, then I saw a flyer in the mail from Reliable Roofing I call Alex at 5:00pm he was here at 6:00pm the same day. Alex was very polit we liked the way he presented the contract, the crew came in June it was a very hot day they they did it in one day and they did an amazing job we are very pleased, they use tarps to catch the debris they use the blower, they did a spotless clean up, they even moved my patio furniture and put it back, We definitely recommend Alex to our friends and family!! Thank you Alex and the crew of 6 young men you did an awesome job!!!!

I reached out to Reliable Roofers to get a quote on a roof repair. Needed to fix a spot with missing shingles as well as re-caulk some roof vents. I cannot praise Haris and his team enough on their work, customer service and honesty. They were quick and the quality of work is superb. Highly Recommended!

My neighbor approached me and said that he wanted to change his roof and since we are connected it was a good idea to do it same time. We both got two estimates and compared. One of my 2 estimates showed up 4 hrs late without even calling the other was Alex from Reliable roofers. After comparing all 4 estimates and doing some research we choose reliable roofers. We felt comfortable knowing that if something went wrong down the road that we hopefully would never hear excuses. Nothing goes wrong in the beginning so I looked at this as a long term investment. Job was cometed later than I hoped but crew was wonderful and did a great job.

We noticed a roof leak from our newly built home after heavy rain. Searched few Roofers on internet. Some of them came to inspect and gave varied cost estimates and work scope. I had posted my first review with my concerns a few weeks back. Alex, the owner, contacted me and came for examining the job and addressing my concerns. Later he came with his team and took care of all my concerns. He also installed two extra vents without charge.

A few words about Alex: He is a man of character with valuable principals which is rare in any industry. I selected Reliable Roofers among 5 other companies that came for estimation just because Alex's personality and professionalism. I'm glad that I met Alex and selected his company.

We had our roof replaced by Reliable Roofers. The sales rep. was amazing and the pricing was very competitive! The team was in and out in one day and they left no mess at all. The workers were very efficient and punctual. More importantly, I feel that IF we ever have any issues with the roof they will be there promptly to address it. Thanks again for the amazing job!

I contracted Reliable Roofers after I noticed some bubbles on my ceiling. The crew was very helpful and efficient. They were able to identify the problem and offer a solution quickly. The job was done in a professional and timely manner. I highly reccomend this company.

Four of us decided we each needed new roofs on our houses. We got a lot of quotes, and picked Alex in large part because he came across a straightforward, honest and quoted a good price. He made the point that he would ensure we were completely satisfied.

I can only speak for myself, but I am totally happy with the end result. I am also totally happy that issues that arose during the roofing were resolved quickly and without argument. (We had some window damage and flashing that needed replacing). I was also happy with the guys who did the work, their attitude and in most part their attention to detail. Most importantly, Alex stood firmly behind his promise to ensure we were completely satisfied.

My only issue, is that for understandable reasons, Alex takes work when it's available. He (I guess) makes similar quality promises to all his customers. As a result, I found myself having to nag Alex about timings on more than one occasion, as his crews were (I guess) working on other jobs.

This is not an unusual issue with any contractor, and the end result really is the most important aspect. So if I ever need a roof replacing again, I would contact Alex. He would doubtless over-promise a bit on timings ...... but not on quality.
