After living in my home for nine years it was brought to my attention that my front steps and landing needed a railing to conform with city building codes. I have four steps and anything greater than three must have a railing to protect anyone using them.

I was told by a family member in another city to get onto HomeStars.com. They had used them for a number of jobs and were always pleased. I did that typed in "Railings-Calgary" and came up with a few names.

The other companies responded quickly, much better than my experience with the internet, but the best was Sundeck Solutions.

I emailed them a number of photos of the job I required, they emailed me an estimate within hours. It was more than I was quoted by another company so I would wait until I met with Marc Morisset.

The professionalism that was displayed by Marc when he showed up and though-out our conversation made me decide Sundeck Solutions would be the company I would use.

I am glad I did. A couple of weeks later the railing was installed by a very nice individual and it looks great.
