Our 30-year old wash machine stopped draining on Sunday, I called City Appliance Sunday afternoon, he arrived at my house about Noon Monday, he clearly knew exactly what he was doing, quickly identified a faulty pump and replaced it on the spot. he was very thorough and efficient. Fantastic service, I would recommend City Appliance to anyone, and will call them again without hestation. Thank-you!

I called yesterday, Mr Sagoo came this afternoon, unplugged my dishwasher & replaced control panel(he had the part in his van) in my fridge.He was friendly,knowledgeable, worked quick,answered all questions & I learnt a couple lessons from him such as..DO NOT clean your dishwasher with Bleach or CLR, he brought in a bottle of "Magic clean up",popped it in my dishwasher & says to do that every 6 months :-) I am happy & impressed & I won't hesitate to call him again!

The best appliance repair service I have ever had! After contacting two other business, one of which never got back to me, and one who wouldn't work around my schedule, I called City Appliance at 10:00 this morning, and he had my fridge repaired by 5:30 this afternoon! He texted to double check the time we had scheduled still worked for me, waited when I was late getting home from work, and had the job done within 20 minutes. Efficient, helpful, and highly recommended. A++

I was charged $165 for a fridge compressor fan motor that is available at Amre Supply for $31 and on the internet for less then $25. I also paid $125 for the service call and labor on top of the charge for the motor.

So beware of their parts pricing!

This guy is ignorant and rude and helpless and he is very expensive ! Customer skills are very bad . Don't recommend him . He just wants to charge people without us knowing anything about the issues .

Washing machine went on fritz, phoned repair shop in Sherwood Park couldn't even get a repairman to come out for 2 weeks. Phoned Sagoo this morning, he came early this afternoon yahoo I get to wash clothes now. Polite, knowledgeable,efficent. I would use this company again.

Called June 27 because my dishwasher wasn't working. Pleasantly surprised when a repair person was able to come that afternoon. He figured out the problem and said he would have to get back to me about ordering a part. I called on July 8 to ask what was happening. I was told the repair person would call me back. It's now July 12 and I am using another company who found the part immediately and is installing tomorrow.

Thanks to Mr Sagoo for a very prompt and professional service. Our Fridgidaire ref just stopped working and I suspected the fan that circulates the air is busted. I searched Google and found this company. The technician visited within the day and fixed the problem. So we decided to get our oven checked as well as it had stopped working for many months already. I thought it was the computer board but it was just the igniter that had a problem. Mr Sagoo fixed it in no time. We're very happy with the experience.
