From all the contractors that came to my property to give me a cost estimate for the replacement of my roof, Mark was the only one that took the time to do a site inspection of the existing conditions (roof and eavestroughs) and took pictures, then provide me with an estimate.

Every time I had questions for him, he took the time to listen and response promptly to my concerns.

Met Mark when he was doing my neighbor's roof. I needed repair work done on mine and his quote was only slightly higher for a new roof than the best of the repair quotes I received. Very professional work, excellent results, and very easy to deal with. And they did a great job on the clean-up afterwards.

Following the main repair work, I decided on some changes to the eavestroughs, and Mark took care of that at minimal cost.

I had an all around great experience with coverall roofing. Mark and his guys did a few of my neighbours roofs last year and I decided I should probably do mine. Despite the fact I left it pretty late in the season, Mark gave me a quote and told me he would try and squeeze me in - other roofers just said it was too late and they were too busy. Unfortunately because I left it until the fall the weather turned and it couldn't be done. Mark said he would come first thing in the spring and, because they couldn't get mine done, if there were any problems with my roof over winter they would help me out. Well sure enough I get a call from Mark early this week as soon as the threat of winter is over. They came first thing Friday, finished the roof and cleaned up all in a day - couldn't even tell they had been there. I really like how Mark handles his business, he's very accommodating and pleasant to deal with - excellent customer service and the roof looks great.

Our builder had delayed installing our skylights and not waterproofed the area around the copula properly. We had water damage to our second floor ceiling and over 10L of water in a bucket in the attic.
Mark and his crew came to the rescue. They installed the skylights and then built a "snow box" around the copula, finishing it with a torched membrane. We were very happy with their knowledge, professionalism and workmanship. They did some extra work at no charge to correct deficiencies by the previous roofing company.
The site was left clean and we were very happy to finally get our skylights...and no more water in the attic.
