Coverall Roofing

Our contractor found Mark and his crew. We read his ratings on HomeStars and decided to obtain a quote. Mark's quote was clear in terms of the work to be done and his cost was reasonable. The whole team, led by Mark (who delayed his vacation by a day (not at our request) to make sure all was done perfectly were great. The work was performed as specified. After their clean up, you would never know Mark and his crew was here, except for a brand new flat roof! We will use Mark and his company in the future and recommend him without hesitation..

Mark and his team were professional, polite, detailed, timely and did an amazing job on our roof. From the first conversation with Mark, you can tell he's a true professional and a gentleman. He was reasonable and fair, and explained everything that needed to be done. If we could give them 20 stars we would! Highly recommended!!

Mark from Coverall was terrific from our first meeting right through to when the job was completed. He patiently answered all questions, always arrived on time, was an excellent communicator, etc. Coverall was able to book our job fairly quickly so the work was completed while the weather was still good. The job was started and finished on time, as promised and there were no hidden or extra charges. The job site was left clean each day.
Best of all Mark did not try to sell us work that wasn't needed, letting us know that our soffits and fascia were in good condition saved us $1000s.

Mark and the crew were great to deal with from the first contact. They gave a reasonable quote, came when they said they would, and proceeded to do a great job!! The installation was a bit complicated but they knew what they were doing and I couldn't be happier with the result. They were such a pleasant crew to deal with and they even cleaned up after themselves! They gave a good warranty too. I highly recommend them!!

Mark came out to assess the roof. He was very honest about the assessment and what needed to be done. He did not try to upsell on the work or the shingles. The quote was quite comparable. The crew came within the promised time-frame, they were efficient, professional and cleaned up well after the job. The extra labour to repair the rotten wood was done at a decent price. All in all, it was what I expected - no gimmicks with them as professionals. I would hire them again.

Mark and his crew were called to assist with an emergency situation where another company could not complete a half finished roofing job. He completed the estimate and plan that evening after hours, and his crew dropped off materials the next morning. Mark's quote was fair and competitive in relation to comparables, especially given the short notice and emergency nature of the job.

The entire crew was prompt and professional and very tidy. Given the upcoming weather forecast, they worked late into the darkness using their own lighting system to ensure that we had a waterproof roof before the rain started.
