Coverall Roofing

I come from a family of contractors (they're in the States) so when I find a contractor that I consider as good as my family, that I TRUST as much as family, that I consider as reliable as family that is a MONUMENTAL experience. I can truly say that of Mark and Coverall Roofing. They are beyond excellent roofers. They work constantly until the job is done and they are super skilled at the craft of roofing. Yes I said craft. We had four flat and two gabled roofs our job required skill and finesse. They nailed it. And any subsequent questions I had were answered immediately. Mark always returns calls promptly. It feels like once you're a customer you're a part of the Coverall family. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

We were very pleased with the work done by Mark and his team. Mark was great to work with - very pleasant and respectful of our home, time, and opinions. He made some great recommendations about what needed fixing and what we could hold off on. His team worked long days to get the job done in 2 days, including a thorough clean up. We are very happy with the work done by Coverall and would happily recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

Mark was very professional, from 1st contact through completion of the project. His quote was very professional, and competitive. He was patient as we considered other quotes, then was able to proceed quickly once we decided. His team was as professional as he is. Mark and his team quoted a very fair price and did a very neat and professional job. You could tell that Mark took pride in his work and was interested in doing a good job that lasts for a long time. The workers worked hard and late in extreme heat to complete the project in two days, instead of coming back for a third partial day. They were straightforward, pleasant and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them to others.

From start to finish, Mark and his crew at Coverall were amazing. Coverall was recommended to us by TWO different neighbours. Of the five companies we interviewed for the project [all of them well-rated on homestars], Mark was by far the most friendly and least "huckstery" of all the roofers. And his price was competitive. He was knowledgeable about the work required [some flat-roof torch work was required in the "snow box" around our chimney], about the products he recommended [we chose Landmark Certainteed shingles] and how to properly fulfill their warranties, and about the insurance coverage he had for the project. Since our roof had been leaking [even after a repair by a pricy emergency roof repair company - wish we'd known about coverall first!], he fit us into his first available opening. Most of the work was finished in one day. Sudden heavy thunderstorms stopped them from doing the finishing caulking and metal-work until the next afternoon - but we didn't have any leaks during the storm, even before the work was 100%. The crew members were all kind, considerate, and safe during the work and after the job. Even in the pouring rain, they did a great job of tidying up our property and making sure things hadn't travelled into the neighbours' yards and eaves. And Mark has a drone he can use to show you shots of your roof before and after the work is done [see below] which isn't necessary, but it sure is a lot of fun! The roof looks great. We are leak free and properly ventillated. Thanks Mark! We will definitely be recommending Coverall to everyone.

Mark and his crew were amazing from start to finish. They worked well into the night to get my roof done when a thunderstorm was anticipated. The quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent. Lots of work was required to prepare the decking properly and they did the job right! Good value for money

As part of a renovation earlier this year Coverall Roofing was engaged by our contractor to replace a flat roof. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the owner, Mark Lyons and his crew that when it became apparent that the 40 year old eavestroughs required replacement I called Mark.
Once again, outstanding work by Mark and his crew. Installation was done quickly and quietly. The crew, just like in the past was polite. Our grounds were left cleaner then they were when Coverall arrived.
When our sloped roof shingles need to be replaced I will go to Coverall Roofing.

10 +++. My overall rating for Coverall Roofing is way pass a PEFECT 10. Quality of Workmanship and Product, Professionalism and Customer Service and “Attention to Detail” is ALL of HIGH IMPORTANCE to me. Mark from Coverall Roofing offers the higher end quality roofing by CertainTeed called “Landmark Pro”, unlike the standard roofing commonly used. As per my research, I have chosen to specifically use only this product which is heavier/thicker than the average roofing for wind resistance and last longer than average . He also installed bird spikes and all new vents including additional solar fan vents. Overall, Mark and his crew went over and beyond my expectation and would DEFINITELY recommend. Thank you Mark!
