Save yourself the headache. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The product was below expectations, and the customer service was rude and unprofessional.

I purchased an end table set from this store in November 2024. When the set arrived (1 month later than EXPECTED) it was damaged, with rusty-looking marks on the metal parts. Upon returning to the store about the damage, the manager and sales associate explained that the rust marks were "normal" and claimed this was how the products came from the manufacturer and many of their products in store have the same marks and they told me they can show me. This is not something I expect from a new product.

The communication was unprofessional. The store never returned my call, and their voicemail was full, which forced me to drive there in person twice to resolve the issue.

The staff were rude. The manager was uncivil, loud, and argumentative, refusing to acknowledge my dissatisfaction with the product and insisting the end table set was fine.

The set was exchanged, but one of the tables arrived with rust marks AGAIN. In the end, they offered to give us the floor model, as it was in better condition than the new table.

Ordered large sofa set. Promised delivery in 2-3 weeks. Received it in 5 weeks with missing sections.

I went there to purchase a mattress and checked to see if the mattress can be delivered at the specific date as my family was comung from overseas and we need the delivery to happen before they come. salesman named Saathvik assyred me that they will deliver it on the specific date that i requested. I waited on the delivery date and no delivery until 8pm . Contacted the store and was bluntly told theres nothing they can do and will have to deliver it next day. Waited next day and no communication from the store or the delivery driver tried calling them a rep answered the phone and said there's noting they can do and hung up. Tried calling back multiple times but they stopped answerng, went to thier store and the then was given an empty promuse again. The salesman who i initially dealt with did not even bother answering his phone and hid at the back of the store when i went there trying to find out about my delivery. Worst part is that when the delivery driver came in the next day after 3pm he told me that he only got the order 30 mins ago. Word of wise. Save yourself from having to go through this saga and being insulted. Take your business somewhere else.

I bought the furniture and I have receiced damaged furniture when i complained they don't respond to you after they sell.

I called the office more then 50 times they never ever call you back.

They called one day to remove review from Google and they will send a technician they didn't even send technician and no answer from them after I removed the review .

They are not professional they take money and sell you the product that's it .

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!! We paid for a 100% leather sofa and chair set, but we got vinyl instead. Plus they delivered 3 weeks after the date we were assured we would get them. Plus the sofa and chair set are not even the same colour. Calls go unanswered - these guys are dishonest, please don't make the same mistake we did and shop somewhere else!!
UPDATE: The sofas we bought from them didn't even last a year. Completely ripped, we just threw them out last week. The chair was 100% leather and is still intact. What a bunch of dishonest a*holes, to tell us the couches were leather but were not! We just bought 100% real leather couches from the Bay - what a world of difference in quality!
Lesson learned: STAY AWAY FROM VANAIK FURNITURE!

Horrible experience with Vanaik Furniture Brampton store. It’s been almost 6 months I am following up on a broken coffee table. First wrong table was delivered, we took table in our car and got it replaced. Then we realized that the new table was broken. Even after numerous call, emails and visits to store nothing has been done. Each time we would call, they make false promises. Now they won’t even attend our calls or reply to numerous emails. Even after thousands of calls n multiple false promises, we haven’t received our replacement table till date. Store manager told us few weeks back that they got out table and delivering it on a working day, I ensured I was home all day. Next day some other person told me they never ordered our table and didn’t promise us any delivery.. It’s been a horrible customer service experience at Vanaik Furniture Brampton!! Would not suggest anyone to visit this store or purchase anything from them. I wish I could give negative ratings

I checked Ashley and found the same product at a great savings. I was very happy with the purchase. The staff did a great job answering my questions. Thanks for you help. Raj

Man deep sales person stated if we buy 2 bed than he will give a bed for my daughter. We believed and bought. At time of payment I asked him to write bed for my daughter he said trust his words. He called me to pay remaining dues on a day and said if I will not pay today he will charge 100 dollars. I came from my job took 2 hours off to pay as he was so so rude with my wife over phone and she was not feeling comfortable to go to his store. He refused to take from visa, credit cards. And said that he will slap me. Anyhow I went to bank withdrawn and paid him cash. I received only beds. No dresser mirrors and side table. After 2 weeks he sent dressor mirrors . Still side table pending. Over 4 weeks

extremely disappointed ...never buy sofa from there...customer service and warranty they don't follow... quality of the product is very low... prefer not to buy ..it's break in few days (:

Don't EVER buy anything from this company. They mislead you! They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy and then nothing EVER shows up! They use fake names and their voicemail is always full. I have been waiting 2 months for my furniture that they said would come in two weeks. Oh and when one piece was delivered they messed up the colour and didn't delivery the other half of our ordered furniture. If you have also had problems with this company please contact all media outlets as we are so we can band together to shut them down for good. Customer service = 0, delivery when promised = 0, professionalism= 0.
