Vanaik Furniture & Mattress In Brampton

Went to the Mississauga Argentia Location. Wish I had of looked at reviews first. Worst service ever, order was wrong and incomplete. Cushions are already coming apart. Very difficult to deal with after the sale.

I found excellent customer service. I got amazing deals. I went to the Mississauga location and bought sectional sofa set. The prices were amazing and quality of furniture was good too.

Worst sales after service
Issue with quality of the furniture and some missing pieces. After so many calls no one showup to repair it. Their owner never come on phone. Their Voive measage has no room to leave VM. No answer to emails

I bought furnitures amounting to $5,700. The sofa was delivered with damaged, mattress is hard, we try to return and exchange the next day but they say no return no exchange, they want us to pay another 600 dollars, they will take back the mattress- greedy people and not honest people to deal with. I will never recommend this store to any other customer. Never buy or do business with this store, they are only nice at first but as soon as you pay them..thats the end of it. Very dishonest people!

These people are totally dishonest, we paid over $1700 for a sofa and chair set which they promised was 100% leather, but we got vinyl. Not only that, but the sofa and chair set do not match in their colours. And it was delivered 3 weeks after the date they gave. What a bunch of lowlifes.

We bought furniture for half of our new house from this store and when we went to buy they were nice and everything looked good, they were talking about making relationships and how they are better than other furniture stores around and how Friends and Ritz furniture are their relatives only but these guys learned business from vanaik only. So we paid some initial payment and after a few days they started bugging us to pay full amount and they kept calling us again and again, we told them that we cannot make it today but they were extremely rude over the phone and in person for us to pay them, So we paid them the same day and in full. Mandeep ( who has different face when you go to buy something and very different face when you go back with some complaint) had his suggestions when I wanted to buy a bed set initially with 2 chests and at the same time he told me that buy the bedset with one chest now and if you think you need another chest it will be a specific amount later, "just tell me later if you need another chest and I will give you for (specific amount)". after 30 days I went back Mandeep was not there but this another guy who is very very rude and have absolutely no professionalism ( I don't know his name but is mostly sitting on the counter) told me that the chest cost about double the amount Mandeep told me. So I went back when Mandeep was there and he quoted me the same amount the other guy I mentioned about before had quoted me. I told Mandeep that you had told me this price before and he said that the price I told you before was of side table. Now when I already have 2 side tables and have absolutely no intention to buy another one then why would you confuse myself and yourself by even quoting that price. and all these days I had the price you quoted initially in mind. So i ended up leaving without buying another chest and will never return there. Anyways the bottom line is that these guys in Brampton have absolutely no professionalism, they all have good faces when you go first time but if you go back with a complaint they treat you very bad. Very very bad people. will never recommend to anyone.

Vanaik Furniture 2915 Argentia Rd, Mississauga has great service. I bought a sofa set. Upon delivery, I found out that love seat has defect in fabric. I right away called Sunny (sales person). He assured me that they will replace the love seat right away and will provide me a new piece within short time period. And I got my new love seat within the promised time.

Useless bunch of cheap people. No business ethics. Demanded full amount before delivery. When it came to delivery, some items were expected to be delivered 3 months later. when asked if amounts can be split before and after delivery, one of the guys at the counter say "Ye India hai kya". When it came to delivery then they wont comment. This is their attitude. Useless people in business. Wont purchase anything ever again.

Bought a sectional from this place in October 2015. Looked great, except all the sections of the sofa kept moving whenever someone sat on it. Andy hen in January the thing broke, right in half, right down the side where the two big pieces connect.

We called, emailed, called, emailed, and no one got back to us. This thing has a two year warranty and no one cares. They got our money and now we're stuck with a couch we can't use.

Will be going to the better business bureau on this one.

I purchased my whole bedroom set from them. They promised to give all ashley furniture with 5 years warranty on all the products. but the railing of the bed broke down. it also had a sofa with recliner which they claimed had a warranty of 5 years but when this sofa showed signs of again within a few months of purchase and the stitches started coming off, I went to them and even e-mailed them the photos. But of no avail. I went to them thrice to get them repaired. Finally on my fourth visit they told that the sofa is out of the purview as it was not from Ashley and moreover came with a limited warranty of one year (which the salesman claimed that it had a warranty of 5 years!!! a big jhooth of these people). Till the time I am writing the review (on May 4th, 2016), it has not crossed year of delivery, they have not contacted me nor have taken any pain to repair my stuff. when I went to complain about the jhooth the salesman told me, the manager replied that they cannot control their salesman. It means they have given them full freedom of telling as much jhooth possible just to sell their products. I have virtually wasted my money on inferior and fake quality. I will never ever recommend anyone to go there. What these salesmen promise, all is a flat safed jhooth. Is there anyway I can sue them?
