Oleg and his team were great to work with. They promptly responded to my request and booked a date shortly after to do the installation. The quote was very competitive and the workmanship was great. They offered a 10 year guarantee on the work and took pictures to show me areas I could not easily see after the installation. I would highly recommend them and I am a tough customer.

I sent a request for a quote on the Saturday of the family day weekend and heard from Oleg Saturday evening who told me he would drop by on Monday. Originally it was to replace our siding where a raccoon had destroyed our current siding. He had some great suggestions for a replacement as well as a colour change which looks great. While we were waiting on a quote my wife and I decided that we should get the eaves done as they were not in the best of shape. All is done now so thanks to Oleg and his team for a terrific job.

We spoke on the phone and he clearly understood everything needed and I was confident this would go well. And it did! Eduard responded quickly and did the job on time, very cleanly and very satisfactorily. He first inspected the roof and showed me pictures of the problems he had found. He was very straightforward and I feel that his roof inspection means I have no problems other than the ones he identified. The work crew were courteous and cleaned up so that there was nothing left behind. I would not hesitate to call Eclipse for any roofing work and I recommend them very highly.

Amazing customer service, workmanship and competitive price.

I had contacted well over 10 companies through homestars. A few people got back to me and long story short, they had either ridiculous pricing and/or gave me attitude before even meeting me (apparently this is a busy period for roofers).

Edward, was absolutely wonderful. He called me directly and was super quick to come check my issue (even though he was busy) and gave me an honest price . Within a week he scheduled a time and a date and even called me before his arrival to ensure I was home. I am a super picky customer and do thorough research, I have never given any company 10/10 but seriously Eclipse Roofers are so professional and great to deal with.

During the job he kept me in the loop non stop, with pictures and even advice on other parts of my roof. He was not trying to sell me on any extra service but was truly giving me FYI, since I had loads of questions. It took him a bit longer to complete the job due to unexpected problems under my roof. I felt so bad it took up his evening and so I was opened to him charging me more for his trouble. He insisted no though.

A few days later he sent me pictures and a receipt. He even just did a follow up to make sure I recevied everything. Its been a few rainy days since his repair, and there are absolutely no issues.

Overall I would say stop going to those big boxed roofer companies and trust a genuine local Roofing Company like Eclipse. They go above and beyond!

Eclipse Roofing were hired to replace the peaked and flat roof of our house last month and we have nothing but great things to say about Eduart and the team. They were were professional throughout the process from initial roof inspection to carrying out the work and post job evaluation with us. We encountered significant issues once they began the work (including the need to replace all the plywood and insulation) which changed the scope however they were transparent about what needed to be done and the associated costs. They even went above and beyond in making some improvements to vent placement and other small things that incurred extra time on their end. The work was carried out on time and they ensured that they thoroughly cleaned up at the end. We need more contractors / service professional like Eclipse doing business!
