I sent a detailed description (w/photos) of the work to be done to 6 top homestars recommended firms in our area. I received an email reply from Oleg@Eclipse the same day with a good estimate in it. We spoke on the phone and he clearly understood everything needed and I was confident this would go well. And it did!
