Our air conditioner died. We contacted Ashton Heating & Cooling. They arrived at our home and provided us with detailed product information , operational information, a competitive price and an excellent warranty for the supply and installation of a new AC unit. They arrived as scheduled and completed a professional installation including the removal of the old unit and a thorough clean up. This is our second time dealing with Ashton Heating & Cooling ( furnace and hot water heater replaced ) and the service they they provide is excellent. An amazing experience from start to finish! My husband and I recently upgraded our home's HVAC system (under the Greener Homes program). After a ton of research and planning, and meeting with half a dozen contractors over the past 12-months, we found Ashton Heating and Cooling through the Homestars website. The goal was to install a new air source heat pump, to replace our old electric furnace and improve our overall efficiency in our home.

As one of the top-rated service providers, Bill and his incredible team upgraded our system over the course of a day, and made the experience as smooth, seamless, and informative as possible. Bill and his admin team were super responsive, organized, and helpful. Starting with the quotation process, to the removal and installation of equipment, followed by the post-installation satisfaction checks, Ashton H&C provided an unreal level of customer service.

Once on site, the three support technicians who led the installation were detailed, thorough, super friendly, and took great pride in the systems they install. This includes the custom duct work required to fit the new air handler, which was meticulously fabricated and beautifully done. Bill took the initiative to program our smart thermostat as well, and we are already seeing the savings on our most recent utilities bill.

Best of all, the new system works like a dream! We're sleeping better, the air quality has improved dramatically, the humidity is balanced and controlled, and it's so quiet we can hardly tell it's on!

After arriving home from England in the middle of another heat wave I found my AC was not working!! I contacted Ashton and they were able to come out and fix the problem that day. Mike was wonderful and got the problem solved in short order. I'd recommend Ashton to any of my friends!

Ashton's HVAC Technicians did a marvelous and fantastic job in relocating the furnace to address Ontario Gas Code violations for furnace accessibility and installed a new exhaust duct for the basement dryer. Their price for the work was very reasonable, the work was done with high quality and on-time. From the start to finish of this job, scheduling, pricing, etc. it is very clear that this company cares about customer care and satisfaction. I am very pleased with Ashton and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and the availibility of Ashton Heating and Cooling. to fix the issues I was having with my gas fireplace. The pilot light would not ignite, and I needed a thorough cleaning and gasket replacemnent. I would highly recommened them, and will use them again.
