An amazing experience from start to finish! My husband and I recently upgraded our home's HVAC system (under the Greener Homes program). After a ton of research and planning, and meeting with half a dozen contractors over the past 12-months, we found Ashton Heating and Cooling through the Homestars website. The goal was to install a new air source heat pump, to replace our old electric furnace and improve our overall efficiency in our home. As one of the top-rated service providers, Bill and his incredible team upgraded our system over the course of a day, and made the experience as smooth, seamless, and informative as possible. Bill and his admin team were super responsive, organized, and helpful. Starting with the quotation process, to the removal and installation of equipment, followed by the post-installation satisfaction checks, Ashton H&C provided an unreal level of customer service. Once on site, the three support technicians who led the installation were detailed, thorough, super friendly, and took great pride in the systems they install. This includes the custom duct work required to fit the new air handler, which was meticulously fabricated and beautifully done. Bill took the initiative to program our smart thermostat as well, and we are already seeing the savings on our most recent utilities bill. Best of all, the new system works like a dream! We're sleeping better, the air quality has improved dramatically, the humidity is balanced and controlled, and it's so quiet we can hardly tell it's on! The Tetris Moving team was amazing to deal with from start to finish! My husband and I planned a move from the Davisville area to Brampton in May 2020. We reached out to several companies to inquire about potential moving services however, it was Ilia at Tetris who's incredibly prompt, curtious and professional response that made all the difference. It was an added bonus that the price point was the most competitive out of all of the companies we reached out to as well. Dmitry and Dias, the movers who did all the heavy lifting, called ahead to confirm their arrival and arrived right on time. They were incredibly efficient, communicated clearly, and took the utmost care and caution from wrapping our larger furniture and table pieces. They put down a red carpet to protect our floors from damage when moving larger items with the dolly and to protect the carpets in the house from their shoes. The movers also took the time to confirm with us where each piece was going in order to make our move more efficient and they were truly a pleasure to work with. From start to finish took about 3.5 hours which is amazing considering how many items we had to move, plus the drive. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely hire them again.
