A detailed quote and information about the government rebate program was provided. The work was completed without issue and in a reasonable amount of time. The team took care to not damage walls or floors and cleaned everything up when they were done. Today we had Josh and Cory service our furnace and clean both our ducts and dryer vent. Both were timely, efficient, thorough and very courteous. Ashton has been our go to company for several years and have never disappointed.

I phoned to tell Ashton Heating and Cooling that there was a little water coming out the bottom of the furnace and they came right away the next day and replaced the Condenser unit and drain Line and fixed the General Aire Humidifier filter for me. Also I asked for a 2nd Furnace Filter which they gave me.

Our heating went down on the eve of New Years Eve. Bill was willing come out late that evening, however we arranged for service the next morning. He arrived at the time we had arranged and our heat working in less that 1 hour. Rates were fair. This will be who we call in the future. Highly recommend!

When cleaning the ventilation system, Josh noted that the flexible venting from the dryer was in poor condition. As a result, when Mike came later to service the furnace and fireplace, he supplied and installed new dryer venting . Both men were professional and a pleasure to have working in my house. I would highly recommend Ashton Heating and Cooling.
