The pulley wore out on our heavy wooden one panel garage door so it could not be opened or closed. We understand most people want new lighter doors but we want to say with what we have to match our heritage home with wooden front and side doors. The first company called did not want to repair it. For 2 weeks the 2nd company we tried could not find a pulley because our door is considered obsolete. All-Door Solutions sent a technician just hours after I called. Alon replaced the two front pulleys
and had our garage door working again all in that one service call.
So yes, we were pleased with the prompt, professional service and would certainly recommend this business to others based on our experience in snowy January when we could not use our garage.

I have called Alldoor Solutions for screws coming out of garage door bracket. As per the information in the website and call, service call price is 19 dollars but don't get misled by the price. For the work done for small fix, I expected max of 20 dollars extra but technician asked me to pay 85 dollars (in total) which is quite high. It has been told that minimum charge would be 85 dollars, so don't get carried with service call price mentioned in the web site or sales person

I called Alldoor Solutions when one of my cables came off do to my youngest son's soccer ball knocked the garage door out of alignment when the door was closed on it. The technician (David) came about a few hours after I called. He assessed the situation and provided clear explanation of the situation and repair options.
His work and professionalism was top notch and the garage door never worked better and the total service cost was very reasonable. I would totally recommend Alldoor Solutions to friends and family and will definitely use them again.

Earlier this month I needed to replace my garage door opener so I researched garage door experts and identify the company called All Door Solutions. They provided 24 hour service and according to the website they stated talked about their service and they stated they had the best prices in the local market. There website left me with the impression that they were very reparable company
I had a lift master belt driven garage door opener installed model 8550 and the cost of that installation was $650.00 and with $84.50 HST the total bill was $734.50. They forced you to pay by credit card right then and there.
A fellow employee also that week in Brampton got a garage opener as well and it was the same model and her opener included an app that came with hers for a total cost of 499.00 plus tax. The app if I want it is an additional $56.93 plus tax from Chamberlain Support.
All Door Solutions cost difference for the same item including the app of $56.93 would be $207.93 more than the company she used which was Easy Access Garage Doors.
The service and the door opener are fine but they are not the best price in the local market. When I attempted to call the manager they would not connect me to the manager or the owner of the company. They don’t have an address on their business card just a phone number.
I am very disappointed in using this Company.

This company has a $19. service call fee. Technician charged $20. for call and $139. to drill out a garage door release key which he said he 99% for sure could pick and not have to drill . The garage door was installed in the summer of 2013 professionally and neatly. The technician could not pick the lock as he said he most likely could and so went about drilling the lock out, which of course rendered it into bits. I had a new release key to match the garage door opener and so for $45. more, this was installed. Total of $230.52 for what seemed to be a simple job for a technician that really could pick a lock. Hole drilled in door is larger than new release key. Would someone please consider licensing locksmiths? There doesn't seem to be any way to know what will happen when a problem occurs. I think the charge for drilling a hole badly in an insulated door was excessive and am not really happy with the end result.

George came out a fixed my door good as new and on a Sunday! The cable snapped and spring was shot so now it's perfect. Those doors are really really heavy .

My Garage door spring brook and the door got gamed do to a broken spring. This happened around 11pm so I have called a few places but it seems like no one wants to work at that time. When I called all door solution they immediately said they can come by. 20 minutes later I had the guy in my garage fixing the door until 2am. I highly recommend this company and really enjoyed the service.

*Did not use this company* Our garage door spring broke just as we were leaving for work. As we normally do, we contacted a couple of companies to quote on repairing/replacing the spring. Called another company first who estimated the job to be in the $250 range (after asking some questions). We then contacted Alldoor, who made reference to the springs costing about $120. Since Alldoor was able to come out faster, we started there. When the guy came, he said there was a callout fee of $20, and upon examining the work, said it would cost about $450 to replace the springs. My wife was surprised by the cost and told him that we had been quoted around $250 by someone else; at which point the Alldoor tech suggested that the other guy would have a higher price when he came. After a brief moment, the alldoor tech said he would lower the price to $360, to which my wife said to forget it about. The alldoor tech still took his $20 callout fee. Called back later to say he would match the $250 and proceeded to suggest that the other company we called probably had a bad reputation, lacked a warranty, etc.

We then call back the first company who came to reviewed the work. Guess what? cost of repair was $250 as estimated on the phone, and rec'd a 5 year guarantee. The owner showed genuine interest in the work, made my wife feel confident in having them fix the spring and providing good information on the quality / expected life of our garage and associated components. Garage works great now!!!
