Steve came by and installed a Chamberlain garage door opener in my house in a very quick and professional manner. I have a very tight garage with some quirks that had put off some other companies, but Steve did it with no fuss. He responded to my questions before the install in a timely manner and was able to quickly assess the situation from the photos I sent him. To add to that, he did the install for the best price out of the other companies, without trying to oversell me on anything. It was a truly pleasant and enjoyable process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his work to anyone.

We found Steve on Homestars and hired him to come and repair a broken garage door. Not only did Steve reply by phone to our email within about a minute of it being sent, but he was at our house the very next morning at exactly the time we had agreed upon. I immediately knew that he was an honest man when he suggested making only the repairs that were necessary and didn't try to upsell us or try to replace things that weren't broken. The work was done quickly and carefully and our door was back in working condition within about an hour and a half. The price was fantastic and Steve, himself, was friendly, practical and honourable in the way that he conducted his business. I put in an urgent on-line request to have both my garage doors replaced. Steve came to my house within 2 days, explained all my options, and gave me a very competitively priced quote. The doors arrived on time from the factory as promised. On installation day Steve and his partner David completed the project without a hitch. They removed all the garbage and clean up the area before leaving. Steve also responded to my post-service call promptly and have my issue fixed the next day. I was moving to a new house that was under Renos, and still partially at my old place.

I called him in, and he was able to come in and give estimate with the contractors letting him in. A few weeks later he came back, again let in as I couldn't be there and too out the old others, be installed the new ones with new rails and riped out all the old wiring which was a mess and added new wiring. Send money by emt.
