A kitchen Reno is not for the faint of hearts these days so we were nervous about selecting a general contractor. To manage the project. Fortunately we met with Farzad based on a referral and right from the start we were impressed by his professionalism, communication skills and the integrity he brought to defining the project scope right through to completion. The agreement was clear, the change orders easily managed and there were no surprises as the project progressed. Farzad and his team are hands on and highly skilled at all aspects …tear down, electrical, plaster and appliance and light fixture installation. We highly recommend ADH Canada and would rate them an 11/10 if possible. Engage them with confidence and you will be delighted.

Farzad and his team were great to work with. He was super communicative, giving us updates and always quick to answer calls or emails when we had questions. His team left the job site spotless every day and did excellent work. The scope of work and price was clear, and the work was done in timeline estimated. Really couldn’t ask for a better experience and would recommend ADH to anyone (and I have!).

The company was quick to respond, answered all of the questions I had about the renovation I needed done, very knowledgeable management and team. They gave ideas as to what works best with my budget and gave a reasonable timeline for what I was hoping to accomplish and the end result was perfect and exactly what I had pictured I wanted. This is a long-overdue review, our condo reno happened last year during the summer. We lived in an older condo that really needs some revamping. Farzad was the third contractor we interviewed, he was a very honest person and provided us with his vision and really listend to our needs. As a couple that has a huge passion for cooking, he helped us realized our dream of having an open concept kitchen with added storage space. [Not to forget our spa bathroom! Thank you for the suggestion of lining up the tiles for better asthetics]

It seems impossible in our mind, however Farzad managed to draw out the plan and gave us a very detailed visualization of what everything would look like at the end. My partner and I are very new to the renovation world, we are always clueless about the next step. Farzad and his team has been the kindest and most patient people out there. Even when we were being indecisive about doors and tiles. They would always have the best suggestions and would always help whenever we need it. Due to our lack of experience, the project was extened to about three months, we did not regret a moment of the extension, works of art takes time. We hired a kitchen and bath design company who recommended ADH Canada as the general contractor. After meeting with Farzad from ADH Canada we were confident we could work with them to realize our dream kitchen and batch.

Our experience is that ADH is highly professional and experienced. Farzad was great at communicating throughout the project and was always available to chat. They recommended aesthetic, practical and cost effective solutions for a couple unexpected things that came up as one would expect in an older home like ours. But overall the project progressed very smoothly and within expected budget.

Their crew was very polite and exceptionally clean considering we were also living in the house during the reno. And of course their quality of work is top notch from drywall, paint, electrical, flooring to cabinet install.

We love our new space and we would not hesitate to recommend ADH Canada or hire them again for future work.

I hired Farzad Sodagar as a general contractor to extensively remodel and renovate a one bedroom condo unit, including changing layout and gutting kitchen and bathroom. I am very satisfied with the quality of work done by Farzad and his team. The team was accommodating and did work on schedule. Throughout the project, Farzad was providing technical and design solutions that increased value of my condo. Any adjustments to the renovation, such as additional work and credits, were well justified and reasonable. Upon completion of work, there were very little deficiencies that were fixed immediately to my satisfaction. Overall, the experience and the relationship with the team was positive.
