People STAY AWAY from this place!
It is completely dishonest. I asked them for the estimate to repair my furnace and they told me it will be approximately $300 to replace the controller. The price sounded comparable and competitive with other services. The cost of the part is about $150 tax included, depends on what store you call. And the time that technician spent was 1.5h. Most would agree that hourly rate is about $100, give or take. So total would be about $300. And that matches the estimate that I was given. When I asked technician what is going to be the cost, he just said you will get the invoice. The invoice came 2 weeks later and it was $600. I called to dispute the invoice, thinking it was an error, but with no success. Service manager was even having the fun with it. I am very disappointed.

It was great work done by Jeremy, and Justin I would have them out again when needed. Things went in fine, and had no issues. Thanks

Jeremy and Kyle arrived at the scheduled time. They were polite and personable as well as excellent workers. Things that we weren't clear on were explained to us. One problem presented itself during the installation but very quickly they made a decision and the problem was resolved. A great job of cleaning up also. The service, quality and promptness of this company is unbelievable. The installers were on time, polite, very knowledgable and helpful. They came into my home, removed the old furnace and A/C installed the new one and cleanup, it was like they were never here. I would recommend this company and have been to everyone I know. The people at Priority really know the true meaning of customer service and take pride in their work, which is very rare these days. I know I am in the customer service field.

I had compared prices with other companies and they were the middle of the road but the customer service was what made me choose them. They put in a new air conditioning unit for me and I haven't had any problems since. Everything was good. The customer service rep called to make sure everything went smoothly and the installer was very good too.

They installed a new furnace and it’s great. I can’t honestly tell you a bad thing about them. Everything was great and there was no need to call them back.

They installed air-condition in my house and spread the four units out between the living room, dining room, upstairs hall and master bedroom. They were very efficient, worked neatly, and did what they said they would, on time. The workmen were very pleasant, treating it like their own home. I am very happy with their work.
Anytime we called for info they were most helpful and also gave us an informative straightforward book. I’d defiantly recommend them we held off as long as we could without AC but there are too many hot days and we are enjoying it very much. The one in the master bedroom went on outside wall cant hear it at all.
