Updated Review: Had our window replacement services completed in 2017 and recently noticed some issues with our window nets. A representative with the company reached out proactively and has made the steps necessary to rectify the situation.

From the beginning the service and quality installations have been excellent. Great customer service and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. We have used their services twice this year - both times they delivered quality product and workmanship.

Great service and pricing from direct pro windows and doors. From initial consultation with Paul till the end everything well and smooth. The windows look great and beautiful from inside and outside. My first contact with Direct Pro who is very professional and thorough when advising re the types of windows. I took his suggestion re the awning window and am very pleased with the 3 I purchased. All of the windows have made a great difference in the appearance of the outside of the house. The installers Dennis & Yuri are professional and efficient. They are both hard workers and experienced in their jobs. I would rate Direct Pro as #1 and highly recommend them. Both neighbours cyclist passing by have complimented how great the windows look.

Choosing Direct Pro Windows & Doors for my front door replacement was a great choice from the initial consult with Paul to the regular updates from Natalie during the provincial shutdown to the installation. There were many style and design options to select from and pricing was very reasonable with flexible payment options. All of the staff that I was in contact with were very helpful and professional. The installers were quick, polite, cleaned up afterwards and most importantly, did impeccable work. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and my experience as one of their customers.

My experience with Direct Pro Windows and Doors happend during the COVID19.

I first contacted them before the lockdown occured and they were very flexible with the first consultation. I was very pleased with Barry's professionalism and service. He was able to show me samples of his product as well as provide a quote on the spot.

The pricing was VERY good and probably one of the best pricings i recieved a quote for (I reached out to at least 3 Window companies to get a rough estimate and Direct Pro WIndows and Door's product was superior AND better priced). Direct Pro Windows and Doors also offered colors besides "classic white" on the outside which was very valuable for my house.

When the COVID 19 lock down happened, messaging/calling Barry to recieve communication was not intimidating and he was very responsive.

Literally the day the lockdown ended, I was able to secure an installation date for my windows.

The whole process (6 Windows + 1 Door) was complete pretty quickly. The workers (2) were very polite efficient and quality of work was exceptional.

Overall a great experience, will be contact them for my front door as well as referring them to any of my friends or family.

The job was done well and looks great, sealed properly making my home warm. The installers were professional and friendly. The work area was cleaned, garbage removed. Installation went to my satisfaction. I rate there service as excellent. I would recommend Direct Pro to everyone.
