My first contact with Direct Pro who is very professional and thorough when advising re the types of windows. I took his suggestion re the awning window and am very pleased with the 3 I purchased. All of the windows have made a great difference in the appearance of the outside of the house. The installers Dennis & Yuri are professional and efficient. They are both hard workers and experienced in their jobs. I would rate Direct Pro as #1 and highly recommend them. Both neighbours cyclist passing by have complimented how great the windows look.
