Philip has been doing my window and eaves cleaning at both my income property and my primary residence for several years. He always does an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Most recently he helped me on a day he wasn't working in the rain when I had an emergency situation. He goes above and beyond. I can't say enough about how great he is!

We have had Philip and the team at PMT Home Services work at my house, as well as my mom's house. They are clean, friendly, and do a fantastic job! Philip is very responsive to calls, emails, and text messages, and ensures a quality job is quoted and completed. I would recommend them without reservation!

We called Philip on two occasions.

The first is to get our neighbour's downspouts fixed. He was very prompt and did a great job of replacing the squashed and leaking downspouts. What impressed me more was that he noticed that their downspouts in front were also squashed so he offered to replace the squashed extension with the part of the back downspout that was still good (and would have been thrown away). He wasn't just there to get paid but to give good service.

The second was to get our evesthrough cleaned. We have 5 trees around our house and we haven't gotten them cleaned in a few years (so there were small plants growing in some places). His team came and go the job done in under half an hour. And they even took out the down spouts and made sure there was nothing blocking the pipes. It looked new. We've had lots of snow this winter but the melting snow and rain did not get stuck at all.

We used PMT Home Services for eavestroph replacement in the summer and they did a super job. Recently had damage to Soffit and I called Phillip immediately. They are on time and do a great job for a great price. Thanks PMT and Phillip.

PMT Home Services did a new eaves-trouph installation for us in the fall. I meant to do this review then but got busy. I am doing it now because I will be calling them to set up an annual eaves cleaning and to do my windows! Philip was extremely professional and did amazing work. They matched up the colors perfectly and even installed a downspout where there wasn't one before!
I definitely recommend this company!!!!

We got a couple of quotes, and PMT's was the best. Philip (the owner) showed us how our (original) eavestroughs were configured relative to the neighbors. We didn't realize ours were the only original eavestroughs left, and how poorly they were laid out, with resulting damage to our foundations. So the upgrade was long overdue.
Philip reconfigured the layout of the eaves and dramatically improved the flow of rainwater - which got a really good workout New Year's Eve!
Philip and his team were helpful, professional, worked non-stop in pretty cold weather, and we got a full tour at the end of the job, which took just over 5 hours for a 3,200 ft2 house with a full walkout and only a partial deck to use for the ladders. So they needed a 4 man crew, and they worked like clockwork.
We're extremely happy with their work, and their pricing, and would recommend their services highly to anyone.

Philip Teperman provides great service, is very competent, and fairly priced. I use him at my house and at the church I attend for eavestrough cleaning and repair. At our church he solved a blocked downspout that had been causing ice damming. He disconnected the church downspouts from the city sewer system, doing an excellent job. I highly recommend PMT Home Services.

I needed to repair the eavestroughs on my house. The job wasn't big enough for many larger companies to take on, but Phil provided a quote right away, came promptly and did a great job. He was helpful and knowledgable about what he was doing. When I needed to make a small change a few weeks later, he made sure my request was fulfilled within the time frame he promised. I felt like I was important to Phil, and my satisfaction mattered.
