Philip Teperman provides great service, is very competent, and fairly priced. I use him at my house and at the church I attend for eavestrough cleaning and repair. At our church he solved a blocked downspout that had been causing ice damming. He disconnected the church downspouts from the city sewer system, doing an excellent job. The flue tiles in our 27-year-old chimney were cracked and falling apart. Guy Bowman explained that stucco around the chimney did not breathe like brick does, hence moisture trapped inside damaged the flue tiles during annual freeze and thaw cycling. The rebuild was difficult due to limited space, but Bowman Masonry Restoration Ltd erected a scaffold and did a wonderful job. They demolished the old chimney and rebuilt a new one with brick. The chimney looks great and there was no damage to our property or our neighbour's. I would strongly recommend Bowman Masonry Restoration Ltd. They are courteous, competent, efficient and reliable.

My flagstone porch was in disrepair - some of the stones had come off or were loose from the ravages of winter and spring thaw. (Canadian weather is tough on the mortar). I'm glad I called Wilkens Contracting after receiving their flyer in the mail. They specialize in masonry work. I'm pleased with the results - my porch looks good as new. They did an excellent job with quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
