We needed to have the lock on the front door of one of my rental properties for our new tenants. When I called, I was able to speak with someone right away. The gentleman I spoke with (Dimitry) was courteous and informative, and was able to arrange a time to do the work within 36 hours. Dimitry was very flexible with the scheduling and extremely accommodating. He arrived right on time, and the work was done very quickly. Dimitry was patient and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I would definitely call on him in the future for any lock/door related jobs, and would recommend him to family/friends in need of such services.
