I came to learn about Priority Plumbing on HomeStars. Given all of the positive feedback, I decided to give them a call to help with a clogged and frozen drain in my kitchen. They were able to schedule me in for a service call the following morning. The following day, one of the technicians (Greg T) arrived at my home at exactly 9:00 a.m. to begin the work. Greg was extremely courteous and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem and offer up several options to address the issue. Greg was very thorough in walking me through every stage of the work that needed to be done. This was my first time using a professional plumbing service, and I can say without hesitation that I will definitely be calling Priority Plumbing (and requesting Greg) in the future. We needed to have the lock on the front door of one of my rental properties for our new tenants. I discovered Locksmith Care on this site from having done a Google search on different service providers. I contacted Locksmith Care because of all the positive reviews this company has received. When I called, I was able to speak with someone right away. The gentleman I spoke with (Dimitry) was courteous and informative, and was able to arrange a time to do the work within 36 hours. Dimitry was very flexible with the scheduling and extremely accommodating. He arrived right on time, and the work was done very quickly. Dimitry was patient and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I would definitely call on him in the future for any lock/door related jobs, and would recommend him to family/friends in need of such services.
