From start to finish, Marc and Jill Javet at Tailored Living were a pleasure to work with; professional, personable and flexible with a superior product. The installers were punctual, professional, and especially respectful of my clients' home.

It took me over 6 months to decide on a company to do the relatively simple job of installing closet organizers and I'm so pleased with the results. I contacted Tailored Living after already receiving a couple of quotes, mostly because the website said they can provide and talk through design mock ups using their software. Sure enough, Dan came out to measure my closet space and we were able to talk through options, materials, finishes etc. It was good to have the visual of what the end result would look like rather than a drawing like I had received from others.
I was probably a very annoying client as I had loads of questions but Dan was super responsive and provided updated designs and quotes. Once we landed on a final, the installation was scheduled and all was complete within a few hours. I have an old house with warped walls and uneven floors but the installation worked out really well. I received a follow up call from Dan and he even tweaked a few things for me after the closet was done to ensure it was exactly what I wanted.
Really happy with the end result.

Jill and I spoke first to go over our requirements for the front hall and master closets. We set up an appointment and Marc arrived with, as we called it, his showroom in his briefcase. He brought samples of styles of drawers fronts, colours of cabinets & hardware making it very easy to make our choices during our appointment. On the arranged date, Ross and Fred arrived to install our organizers. Such nice people and they did a great job. Afterwards, the whole work area was spotless, in fact it looked better than when they arrived! I still haven’t re-installed the outer doors as we’re enjoying the view of our newly organized closets!

Had my garage floor complete in two days. Great service and product! I would recommend this company this company for garage renovations. Staff was very polite, and they completed the job quickly.

Overall very pleased with the service and work. The only thing I would say is that our previous closet installation (different company) had smoother drawers. These are soft closing which is great, just not as smooth. But no big deal.

I found Jill and Mark to be both professional and extremely accommodating. They kept to my tight deadline and installed with care.
