Michael, I'm glad you used HomeStars to find us! Your emergency situation is not uncommon, we replace at least 3 or 4 fallen hanging systems a month! Companies that use wall hung systems either wire or wood do it for two reasons 1 it's quick and easy 2 it's cheap. We like to say " nothing falls off a floor!" That's why we always base our designs on floor based systems. I'm glad we were able to get you up and running so quickly!
