I called JSN to fix my Samsung dishwasher that was displaying an error code a few months after its warranty ended. Based on reviews from this site, JSN stood out as a safe bet. He promptly returned my call (on a Saturday), set up an appointment for the very next day (a Sunday evening which was VERY convenient and accommodating) and despite a howling snow storm and a rather important football game that I'm sure many of Sam's competitors were busy watching, he arrived within the time window he had promised. He was very polite and professional, wearing "booties" to keep our floors clean. Working efficiently in a fairly tight and uncomfortable place, Sam was persistent despite a rather temperamental machine. He fixed the problem, explained the issue and promised to return promptly if the issue repeated itself. The day after he fixed the dishwasher he sent a follow up email thanking me for my business and a few days after his service he called to follow up and make sure the dishwasher was working the way I wanted.
