Furnace

I initially gave this review five stars however less than a month after my furnace being fixed it broke again. Due to Derek being away he wasn't able to fix my furnace for a second time and told me he couldn't be responsible for warranty parts breaking so I then had to call a second company and pay for the exact same job to be done a second time. Next time I'll just call a different company.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. We do try our best to provide same day service with no heat calls, while we take care of our other customers comfort needs as well. We make every attempt to check for warranties before we get any parts and thankfully this part was under warranty so we were able to pass the savings unto you. Thanks Mary

Updated response: It is unfortunate you feel this way, however since you removed your original review you must have forgotten that you gave us 8/10. Your only complaint was we were unable to get to your call quick enough, you were very happy we didn't charge you for the warranty part and the labour cost was appreciated. This leads me to your next review. Yes your furnace broke down a month after it was fixed, you called on Sunday morning at 6am we were at a conference that day and since your only complaint the last time was how long you felt you had to wait to get service, this was due to us serving other customers that called ahead of you. We felt we were unable to provide immediate service this time so Darrick said you would have to call someone else if it needed to be fixed immediately. You were not upset by this and called someone else. We then received an email from you where you explained you were unhappy paying twice to have your furnace fixed. We responded with an email explaining that sometimes parts that are new sometimes are duds right out of the package and we can't control this and that we couldn't return your money since all you were charged for was for diagnosing your furnace to find out what was wrong with it, and labour to put the part on. You were not charged for the part. It is unfortunate you had to pay someone to replace another part on your furnace however that doesn't rule out the work we completed. You didn't in your review explain that we let you know that we would be more than happy at the time to come out and clean your unit and do a detailed inspection to try to rule out if this would happened again. You may have this happen again a month from now and be angry with the other company. We didn't hear any response from you from our offer. So we felt you must have understood where we were coming from until we saw you changed your review. It is also unfortunate you won't be able to see why our customers keep referring us to their friends and family and trust us to continue to take care of their home comfort needs. Mary

Furnace

A part in my furnace broke. Initially it took almost 8 hours for them to come and fix it while I had no heat which was frustrating, however once they came the issue was promptly fixed and the part was ordered. It didn't take long for the part to come in and once it did they came in the same day to replace the part. The cost was much less than I expected which I was extremely greatful for.
