I was referred to Remember Me by my 88 year old neighbour who is VERY particular about his home. He had his roof done by them last year and was positively thrilled with the job they did. The entire process was highly professional and thorough, starting with the estimator's visit and step-by-step review of his quote, products, and outline of how the job would be completed. I was very impressed, particularly with the follow-up call from Chris to discuss the estimate because I felt that my business was really valued. The pricing was more than competitive and there was no doubt in my mind about which company to use based on the professionalism and detailed information given by the estimator about how the job would be handled (which was also written in brochure form; things I wouldn't have thought of). The job was scheduled exactly when Chris estimated it would be and completed on that day. Our new roof looks great and the work was done efficiently and as promised with impeccable clean-up at the end. The crew even picked up a cache of leaves from under the back stairs that I had been meaning to get! They cleaned my covered porch, too. Easy to deal with, worry-free, outstanding service and end product - I highly recommend them.

I recently had a roof reshingling job on my Kanata home successfully completed by Remember Me Roofing. I started off by obtaining several quotes. Chris was the only one who asked to meet with me at the time of preparing the estimate in order to explain the reshingling process, the estimate and to answer any questions I may have. Chris was very personable, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He provided clear and detailed information, was proud of his crew and his company and was not at all pushy or aggressive. He told me his price quote would likely not be either the lowest or highest and this was true but it was a fair, competitive quote. Before making a decision I contacted him with follow up questions to which I received a response within a day. I was also offered the opportunity to be on a "short list" for last-minute contact whereby based on a spot opening, my job could possibly be moved up on the schedule if I would be able to accommodate 1 day or less advance notice. My home was a 2 day job. The crew arrived on the agreed date, were friendly, provided progress reports, did a good clean up and completed the job as planned. I have received several positive comments from people who have seen the "new" roof. I would highly recommend that Chris and Remember Me Roofing be given the opportunity to provide an estimate and be given serious consideration for the job. Chris and his crew did a great Job. They showed up on the day that they promised and finished on the same day. They are a very well organized team and work very professionally.

When we had questions, they had answers and they made a point to review progress and provide updates at the end of day 1. Remember Me highly recommended by friend/neighbour. This was 5th or 6th attempt to fix a roof that leaks just about every spring due to severe ice damming. We suspected that our large skylight coupled with lack of air circulation in a cathedral ceiling might be the culprit. Chris assessed the situation and made some very good suggestions. The price was good too. The Remember Me crew was punctual, polite, diligent and hard working. We were very impressed and they did the job in one day thanks to a large crew.
