From start to finish we were very impressed with the professionalism of Chris and his team at Remember Me Roofing. The entire process was explained in detail and they delivered on their promises. When the job was complete they did a great job cleaning up. The New roof looks great and we have received many compliments. Thank you Chris!

During the quotation process with over 4 other roofers competing, Chris stood our with his customer service. He offered to patch up some shingles that were blown away; free of cost. A couple of others wanted to charge for it. His crew arrived on a cold January and got on to that icy roof, to replace those shingles.
Then the Remember me crew showed up late April to do the complete roof. Not only was the job done as promised, the crew also fixed a washroom venting issue Chris had noticed in the winter.
We did not see the crew as we were at work and they left the place as if they had never been there. Except for a new roof!
If only all service providers were like Chris and his crew.

I had several roofing quotes done last fall for the replacement of a 13 year old roof that had started to fail. Only one company owner took the time and trouble to actually come into our home and spend a considerable amount of time discussing the requirements, details of the quote, and why he felt his company was the best one for the job. The quote from Chris was not the lowest - nor was it the highest. But when the high quality of the materials and workmanship are considered, it was the best quote. We ran out of time to have it done before the weather turned too cold late last year, but Chris was here promptly this spring and his crew did an outstanding job. We were very pleased with the quality of product, workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism of the crew. I would have no hesitation recommending Chris and his company, and have done just that to neighbours who also need to have their roofing replaced. Everything was top-notch. Thanks again.

I used Homestars.com and I asked the top 4 rated roofers to quote on my roof. All four provided quotes and why I chose Chris and Remember Me Roofing is because its very clear he cares about his clients and doing a great job. He is the only one that sat down with me and reviewed everything. The best part about that was it was at his request. The other three just put their quotes in my mail box. He spoke very highly of his company and you can easily tell that he is very proud of the quality work he does. Hire this company immediately!

Am very pleased with the new roof installed by Chris and his crew. The work was professional, prompt, and clean. The crew were pleasant and worked very efficiently. I was worried about finding debris, but they cleaned up and left as though no one was ever here. Love the new roof, as do many of my neighbors.

Job well done, despite a drastic change in weather on Day 2, shingles changed, problem area fixed, Skylights re-sealed, chimney's removed and new flashing. When looking for a roofing company Remember Me was 1 of 2 companies when we called 8 in the area to actually call back and come out to give us an estimate. I'm glad I decided to go with Remember Me Roofing.
I had a few estimates I didn't care for and found Chris through
the Better Business Bureau website. He talked me through my problem spots and when the time came to change the roof, the crew was even able to provide pictures of what needed to be done. The well mannered crew showed me what was changed and even with all the rain this week, I'm thrilled they could find the time to come in and finish my roof.

Chris and his team are very professional and great workers. I requested quotes from 7 different roofing companies and only 2 companies listened to my specific request for designer shingles that had to be ordered, instead of giving me the typical 3 options of shingles portfolio. I dropped by my place when they were working a few times, and they were very nice. They also were very clean, I haven’t found a roofing nail in the dirt yet. Also, the price was very competitive; some other companies were way too low or high.

Would I use them again? Definitely. Besides that, they’re a young team so it felt good giving the younger guys some business in a field of veteran roofers.

Moved to Ontario in 2011 and didn't know of any roofing company that I could trust. I read the reviews on this website (Homestars.com) and called Remember Me and another company for a quote. Initially I had called the other company and they came to give me a quote (it was pretty high) to re-shingle my garage, and they only dropped me a quote at my door. Then I called Remember Me. Chris came to my house pretty fast, even though he was very busy. He took the time to evaluate the roof, and he came to sit down with me and explain his quote. He was very honest and upfront. He made me feel like I was dealing with a real professional. His team did a great job and the roof looks great. The guys were asking throughout the installation what I thought. Chris came back the next business day to check the job. In the last 3 years, I had to get a few different contractors to fix other stuff on the house, and Chris and his team are by far the best I had to deal with.
