We chose Remember Me Roofing firstly because the cost estimate was approx. $600.00 less than other estimates we received and, secondly, by investigating reviews submitted with HomeStars. We certainly were not disappointed. Everything we read concerning workmanship and efficiency were well founded. The workers were friendly, courteous and extremely efficient. Dealing with the owner, Chris, was a pleasure. He initially described in detail the work that had to be done and, upon completion, he ensured that the work was done to our satisfaction. Finally, the amount estimated was exactly the final cost. There is no hesitation in recommending Remember Me Roofing.

'Remember Me Roofing 'was referred to me by a friend (my preference when choosing a service provider or contractor). From getting the estimate to the final clean up, Chris' company got a perfect score in my books. First lets talk about the estimate. As usual I contacted three roofing companies to ask for quotes. Two of the three agreed to check out the project while I was at work. Chris (RMR), on the other hand, insisted that he deliver the quote to me directly (with a face-to-face chat). He met with me when I was available (what a concept) and he walked me through the contract and roofing work. After our meeting I thought about the three proposals and realized that my meeting with Chris made the quote more believable so I went with RMR. In the future, I will make sure that I'm home for any quote I receive. It's the personal touch that makes all the difference.

The work ... in a word 'great'. From the set-up to the clean-up, everything went very smoothly. RMR showed up, as scheduled, with five workers ... 5! This is a first for me. Because RMR committed a strong work team to my project it was done well and on time (one day). While you can't see much of the finished product up close (my home is two-stories), I'm confident that I have a roof that will stand the test of time.

Lastly, we all have those niggly questions that we hesitate to ask a contractor. Well, the RMR team went out of their way to answer all of my questions.

Any contract work can be very stressful, but Chris and his crew made it easier do deal with. Very organize, good team work and very professional. We would highly recommend this company.

Many thanks to the whole Remember Me Roofing team. The estimate was competitive, the work was fast and good, the clean-up was impeccable and Chris sent someone back to fix a problem with the eaves trough immediately following our discussion. The team also worked smoothly around/with another contractor who was working in the backyard at the same time. My only comment would be that a little more advance notice of when they were coming to start the job would have been appreciated. Overall, a great company.

Chris and his crew were outstanding! Chris took the time to explain the roofing process and options to us and his quote was very competitive. His crew was experienced, punctual and polite. They also made sure to clean any litter and nails from the roof at the end of each day in our yard as well as the neighbours'. We would recommend RememberMeRoofing without hesitation!

Remember Me Roofing was amazing! They are professional and good. Everyday before the term leaving, they will walk around my house few time to make sure no nails was left behind. They were clean and fast. When Chris come to give me the estimate, he was the only one will sit down and explain to me what I need for my roof (a lot of company only drop me the estimate and price), good price, great job, I am highly recommend.

Remember Me Roofing was amazing! They were so thorough and quick, my neighbours could not believe how fast and clean their crew was. Not only did it only take one day there was not one piece of dirt or scrap left on my property. They were also extremely punctual, taking breaks in shifts and on time in the morning. Not only does this company have exceptional quality of product and service they are reasonably priced as well. Chris the manager even came back to the house to explain the product and warranty at a later time. I could not be happier.

We needed a new roof. Our 25 year shingles lasted 11 years. The work was great, the guys on the job were professional and conscientious and the pricing actually saved us if we had pursued the class action suit. All around amazing
