Every once in awhile a company comes along that is proud and passionate about their work and the service they provide. Chris and his team excel when it comes to customer service. Our neighbor had Chris and his company redo his roof last summer and Remember Me Roofing was the lowest of 5 quotes. Having your roof redone is a big project and worry for most everyone, but Chris was able to put us at ease during our initial meeting by answering all our questions. His knowledge and experience was evident, but what really impressed me was how organized the company is. Our meeting with Chris was late last fall and we picked a start date of April 1st this year. Chris had his team look over our existing roof and make some minor repairs to ensure it would hold up over the winter. Near the end of March we got a call from Chris and to no surprise the project was started and completed earlier then planned. It took 2 days to complete our roof which was exactly the time frame given by Chris. His employees were punctual, professional, and pleasant. They really do have roofing down to a fine science. After the roof was completed the crew spent time conducting a thorough clean up of the property area, and a few days later a company supervisor came by to inspect the job, & answer any questions we had. I have to say Chris' company is suitably named, they are hard to forget if you have had the pleasure of having them work on your house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
