Just wanted to give a shout out to Pool Supplies Canada. I had been looking for a 20' round above ground pool liner, and was having absolutely no luck in finding one locally here in the Ottawa area as it was not a standard size. I dealt with several local pool suppliers and even called the US based company that manufactures the pool and was told by them and their pool liner supplier that they only deal directly with distributors, which left me out in the cold. I was informed that the liner would have be custom made and local quotes ranged from $1300.00 to potentially $ 2000.00!!! All of them said that getting a custom liner would up the cost significantly. The cost was potentially more then 5 times the cost of a standard liner even for a larger pool size, ( I could order a 21' round liner for $434.00). I began looking online for and came across Pool Supplies Canada. I called and had a great experience with one of their customer service agents, her name was Melanie and she was a terrific help. Melanie quickly eased my frustration, she was polite, professional, courteous and took the time to listen to my story and explained how they would be able to assist me. She explained the process I would need to follow to order the liner online. That process put me in touch with Matt who I communicated with through email. Matt was prompt and very helpful. I was shocked when I received the quote from Matt that my liner would have to be custom made and would only cost $363.99 + tax + free shipping. This was 5 1/2 times cheaper then the highest quote I received locally. Of course we jumped on it right away and are looking forward to getting the new liner installed. The money I saved by ordering the liner from Pool Supplies Canada will more then pay the cost of having it installed professionally. Based on my experience I will be looking to order the majority of my pool supplies from this company in the future. If you own a pool Pool Supplies Canada is definitely worth checking out, it could save you thousands!!! Shane Ottawa ON

I found the Remember Me Roofing Team to be a top notch company. Their experience and knowledge is evident right from the start. The quotes are very competitive. The workers that showed up to do our roof were punctual, respectful, accommodating, and the work was completed right on schedule. They really have roofing down to a fine science. I was very impressed and completely satisfied with the work they did, and there were no additional or hidden costs.

Every once in awhile a company comes along that is proud and passionate about their work and the service they provide. Chris and his team excel when it comes to customer service. Our neighbor had Chris and his company redo his roof last summer and Remember Me Roofing was the lowest of 5 quotes. Having your roof redone is a big project and worry for most everyone, but Chris was able to put us at ease during our initial meeting by answering all our questions. His knowledge and experience was evident, but what really impressed me was how organized the company is. Our meeting with Chris was late last fall and we picked a start date of April 1st this year. Chris had his team look over our existing roof and make some minor repairs to ensure it would hold up over the winter. Near the end of March we got a call from Chris and to no surprise the project was started and completed earlier then planned. It took 2 days to complete our roof which was exactly the time frame given by Chris. His employees were punctual, professional, and pleasant. They really do have roofing down to a fine science. After the roof was completed the crew spent time conducting a thorough clean up of the property area, and a few days later a company supervisor came by to inspect the job, & answer any questions we had. I have to say Chris' company is suitably named, they are hard to forget if you have had the pleasure of having them work on your house. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to you and your team Chris, they were great!
