I purchased a new home and had only two weeks to have changes made before occupancy. I hired Jeff Hayes Contracting to install a new sub-floor to eliminate a sunken living room and install new hardwood throughout the house, which required removal of carpets in some areas and preparation for a new fireplace. The finished job was amazing and timing perfect. When unexpected surprises surfaced related to the old chimney, Jeff handled them efficiently and with charm. His crew were courteous and professional. I feel like I am moving into a new house instead of one that's more than 20 years old. High praise for this contracting firm
