Arranged to have our windows cleaned. It is unclear whether the cleaners actually showed up to our property. We were home on the day of the cleaning but they never checked in nor did not see them cleaning our windows. Despite this the company called harassing us for payment while refusing to answer our questions about whether anyone showed up or to listen to our side of the story. In fact, the reception staff were very rude on the phone, threatening us with the collection agency if we did not pay. If the workers did clean the windows they did not do a good job. Stay away from Gold Standard!
