BEWARE ! Initial experience was decent, if slow, but when we recently learned that corners were cut with the heating system (lack of glycol in the radiant heat system could have been catastrophic) Byron was argumentative at first, then stopped answering calls and email completely.

I could have accepted a compromise, or collaborative solution, but ‘ghosting’ your customers is unprofessional and cowardly.

I needed some major renovations done for a big open house and I didn't have much time. I was only expecting something minor to get me through, but Nostos Restorations came through in a big way and I couldn't be more amazed and impressed with how things turned out. Totally brought the kitchen and bathroom areas into the 21st century and even took the time and care to put a little extra touch in me in it. It was wonderful!

The job was all done in 1-day, including removing all the old shingles, paper and vents, after all the new products were installed the old products were hauled away with no trace of anything left on the site. Great job!!

Professional and efficient! Finished in less than 2 days and our house looks beautiful. I have already recommended them to friends, and would certainly hire them again in future projects.

After 3 quotes I was lucky to hear of this Co - I had Byron out for a quote and even though his price was comparable to most - we hired him as he "sounded reliable". True to our judgement he and his team did what he said they would. Where they excel is in integrity - others had convinced us we had to re-sheet the house - the team checked the roof and showed that it was not necessary. They could have just gone ahead and made the extra $1500 in labour, but they didn't.

Amazing Service - Roof was done in 2 days (1500 sq ft house). Could not find a nail or shingle anywhere after the job was complete! Very clean!!! Great job - we would defiantly recommend them to others.
