BEWARE ! Initial experience was decent, if slow, but when we recently learned that corners were cut with the heating system (lack of glycol in the radiant heat system could have been catastrophic) Byron was argumentative at first, then stopped answering calls and email completely. I could have accepted a compromise, or collaborative solution, but ‘ghosting’ your customers is unprofessional and cowardly.
