National Capital Insulation

The company was professional from beginning to end. The crew was prompt,helpful and thorough. A pleasure to come home to a finished job site that was left clean and secure. All my questions about the job were answered and well described by the contractor. Totally satisfied.

In the fall of 2016 we received quotations from several Insulation companies to install spray insulation to the underside of our addition's floor.

I was fortunate enough to have NCI (Scott) come to the house first. Scott provided very clear and concise information on what product he would apply, the thickness, R-Value and ability for the selected product to act as a moisture barrier as well.

In addition to this he provided a very thorough work plan in how they would install the materials. The worst part was where we had 10" clearance NCI (and all other firms that quoted the work) required 24" of clearance to ensure the material could be installed properly. It was very clear that even though Scott is an owner and was selling the job he had actually done the work and how to get the best results.

Scott's business card had the company logo "Only Promise What You Can Do, Always Do What You Promise" on it and that stuck with me through subsequent meetings with Spray Foam Companies.

Our decision wasnt strictly based on price (NCI did have the best price) but ultimately the comfort and trust that Scott had built during the quoting phase (and Wayne had continued with several back and forth emails).

Mario and Evan (NCI Installers) were professional and extremely knowledgeable when they came to do the work (and patient answering all my questions). From what I saw the work they did was very consistent (in terms of appearance/consistency and thickness) and they left the work area clean when they finished.

I would have no hesitation or reservation in recommending NCI to others.

A job well done, I have a garage side of an out building that I needed to insulate, since it is a space for storing garden tools etc, I did not want to put in insulation and vapor barrier, I was looking for another solution, the spray foam installed National Capital insulation was the answer.

The 2 man team were friendly and informative, they were in and out of by mid day, they left the site as clean as they found it :-), which was awesome, nothing worse than having a trade do work for you only to have to spend your afternoon cleaning up after they have left.

Very happy with the job, and I would use National Capital insulation again if I ever need spray insulation in the future.

Wayne and the NCI installation team were helpful and responsive each step of the way in completing a small job (but one that was very important to us!). We requested several modifications and specific pieces of information that were all followed up on promptly. The work was completed on schedule and within the estimated budget. Highly recommended.

Dealing with National Capital Insulation was a refreshing change. We had our attic insulated with foam and blow in insulation to reach an R50 rating. We also had baffles installed in the attic. The quality of the work was excellent. The work was completed on-time and on-budget. The crews were always courteous, and truly dedicated to providing the best possible service... for example, they noticed something wrong with our bathroom vent and fixed it while they were up in the attic (they didn't have to, and they were not paid to do so, but, they did, which shows how dedicated they are to doing good and honest work). We were extremely pleased with National Capital Insulation and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

NCI came in and did a fabulous job. They installed these buffers to help circulate the air, and blew in the insultation. They also insulated the attic trap door. Within 2 hours the work was done. They cleaned up behind themselves. You would not even of known they were there. My furnace is funning alot less now. I am looking forward to saving money on my hydro bill. Great job!!!

We recently had NCI apply R20 worth of spray foam to our basement walls and headers during our basement finishing project. The price was in range with the other quotes that we had gotten but my main reason for going with Wayne and NCI was their quick response to any of my questions/concerns.

I could not believe it I got 3 different quotes from 3 different companies and National Capital Insulation was by far the best price I live an hour or so away from this company and the service I received was very good they answered all my questions they showed up on time and when they said they would and as for the job they did all I can say is Amazing because with the spray foam now in my garage it makes such a difference and the men that came to do the job were very polite and hardworking they even cleaned everything up afterward and took the garbage with them It didn't take them long to do the job and when they left it was just like they were never there.
