DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!? We paid in full for snow removal and they never showed up. When I called to get a refund the woman said no problem and, you guessed it, no refund. I subsequently was never able to get through to them and they never responded to my emails. I involved both local and Vancouver police. The Vancouver police stated that there was no company listed or doing business under their address. The
website looks legit, with a large fleet of trucks an is a complete fake. If the price looks too good to be true?...you know the rest. They should be shut down as fraudulent.

Saw an ad for their all-season package - $149.95 a month for snow removal in winter and lawn care in summer. Spent 15 minutes on the phone going through checklist of questions about property. Then someone came by to confirm everything was correct. So I prepaid them for the month of February for snow removal. A few days into the month after a snowfall they hadn't cleared my property, so I called and emailed them asking for an ETA. I was then told that since I was a corner property, I was required to pay an additional $50 monthly fee. I refused, citing that I was never told about this and even told them I was a corner lot during the questions. Their response was to ignore all my emails and stop clearing my property. SO NOT USE THEM - THEY SHAMELESSLY BAIT AND SWITCH AND USE THE SHAKEDOWN APPROACH.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! All past negative reviews are true. I hired them for the 2013/2014 winter snow removal service and they provided very bad service. If and when they came to remove the snow, they illegally piled the snow on the street in front of the house. The driveway, walkway, and sidewalk is very narrow due to their bad shoveling. I complained and she suggested I upgrade my contract to get better service. On another occasion, when I called them to remove the snow following a 15 cm snowstorm, they flagged my account. I spoke to her again and she informed me that there was another company shoveling my driveway, so their contractor left. I informed her that I did not hire two companies but she responded by saying to me that her contractor was saying the truth and I was not being truthful. They will invent excuse after excuse to cover their mistakes. I sent two e-mails to relay my concerns to the company and they e-mailed me back to upgrade my service. They had listed their snow removal service in Nov/2013 for $389.00 plus tax. I paid it in full and was never informed that quality of service depends on price. Do not even think twice about using their services!! You will regret it!!!

we agreed on a service for the season they showed up once, haven't been back since. They were even trying to get more money from us.
Phone number I had now has been temporarily disconnected new number on the site works but have been on hold 3 times in the lasts wk for 15+ mins each time.
please don't use this company for your own good.

DO NOT USE this company. Service is horrific. They're happy to take your money, but can never be reached to actually do the work. The time I've spent more time trying to get a hold of them is MORE than me actually doing the work myself. Stay away.

Signed up for snow removal services in Toronto area from Reliance Property Services, they were one of the cheaper ones, $389+tax. From over 5 times that it snowed over 5cm so far, they never showed up. They came once and put salt on driveway when it was not really needed, to prove their existence. Tried to call them multiple times and complain, talked once to regional sales person Shantell Jenkins - she assured that the truck came by and they have photo proofs - in really they never came. Their phone number with multiple extensions for different company departments seem to lead to same answering machine from which calls are not returned. The company is clearly bogus. Do not even consider signing up for their services. Their BC address listed on their website is likely fake. We'll be submitting a complaint to the right agencies to hopefully chase them down and prevent others to fall into the same trap as all the people who placed reviews here...

Horrible service! We paid them in full and they don't show up! Tried to call them they never call back. We will have to go to small claims court and file with the better business bureau but even their address on their web site is not wright!

Fantastic company. We hired them for snow removal service we live in Toronto and they rocked. Not one issue and we most likely will be going back next season. They also have pictures on there facebook page off there website which has my property on there and it seems lots others. I would recommend them to friends and have to family. In fact they do my sisters now in waterloo. Awesome guys keep up the good work

Horrible horrible experience with this company for snow removal in Toronto. Their head office in Vancouver is completely removed from their contractors in Toronto. The result is that either their contractors don't show up, or at best show up late and do a horrible job. Do not use these guys for snow removal in Toronto.
