Saw an ad for their all-season package - $149.95 a month for snow removal in winter and lawn care in summer. Spent 15 minutes on the phone going through checklist of questions about property. Then someone came by to confirm everything was correct. So I prepaid them for the month of February for snow removal. A few days into the month after a snowfall they hadn't cleared my property, so I called and emailed them asking for an ETA. I was then told that since I was a corner property, I was required to pay an additional $50 monthly fee. I refused, citing that I was never told about this and even told them I was a corner lot during the questions. Their response was to ignore all my emails and stop clearing my property. SO NOT USE THEM - THEY SHAMELESSLY BAIT AND SWITCH AND USE THE SHAKEDOWN APPROACH.
