This company also goes by the name of "Caddy Man". Orlando and his helper did a satisfactory job of framing the garage, did soffits, facia, shingles, but left the capping of the door frames until spring. Unfortunately, we paid him in full, in good faith that he would complete this last detail now. He now claims that his tradesperson who does this left, materials cost more, and he can no longer finance it. We had a contractual agreement that this was included. Be careful.
